1. is unlawful, criminal, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, invading someone's privacy, hateful, or harmful of any person or group of persons for any reason, including but not limited to, his/her/their religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, age, or disability;

2. contains explicit sexual content or excessive foul language, advertises explicit sexual services such as prostitution, strip clubs, escort services, etc., contains explicit descriptions or depictions of violence, or contains an offer to sell or buy a weapon of any kind (other than Business Listings for gun stores/dealers who operate "brick and mortar" physical places of business and who are registered in full compliance with applicable local, state, and federal law);

3. falsely indicates or suggests that you or anyone else is (1) an employee, agent, or independent contractor of ValleyLists, or (2) affiliated with any other particular person or entity;

4. reveals personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent;

5. is fraudulent, false, deceptive, misleading, or amounts to behavior known as "bait and switch";

6. that infringes any copyright or otherwise violates someone's intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, patent, trademark, trade secret, confidential, or other proprietary rights or which, for whatever reason, you do not have the authority to post;

7. is unsolicited commercial advertisement including, but not limited to, "affiliate marketing," "link referral code," "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," or "pyramid schemes;"

8. is advertising or solicitation posted in an area of ValleyLists which is not explicitly set aside for advertising or solicitation;

9. which contains anything which is designed to or actually does interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or other electronic equipment;

10. which disrupts or negatively affects, through an excessive number of messages or otherwise, the normal flow of information or any other user's general ability to use ValleyLists; OR

11. which employs misleading information so as to disguise the origin of information posted on ValleyLists.
