Here are the exceptions:

1. Only those with Business Listings or Non-Profit Organization and Group Listings may post ads in the "Employees/Independent Contractors Wanted" or the News and Announcements from Listed Businesses, Organizations, and Groups" Categories.

2. Only those with Business Listings may post ads in the "Business Opportunities" or the "Specials from Listed Businesses" Categories.

3. Only those with a Business Listing under any of the sub-categories listed under the Real Estate Category, may post ads in the Housing and Real Estate - For Rent/Lease: "Apartments and Condominiums," "Houses," "Commercial," "Land," and/or "Other Real Estate for Rent" Categories.
4. Only home owners may post ads in the "For Rent/Lease: - "Rooms - Group Houses," and "Rooms - in Owner-Occupied Homes" Categories.

5. Only those with a Business Listing under the "Realtor" or "Others Engaged in Real Estate Sales" Categories, may post ads in the Housing and Real Estate - For Sale: "Commercial," "Condominiums - by Agent," "Houses - by Agent," "Land," or "Other Real Estate for Sale" Categories.

6. Only home owners selling their own homes may post ads in the Housing and Real Estate, For Sale: "Condominiums - by Owner" and "Houses - by Owner" Categories.

7. Only those with a Business Listing under the "Automobile Dealers - New" and/or "Automobile Dealers - Used" Categories, may post ads in the Things, For Sale: "Cars/Trucks - By Dealer" Category.

8. Only private owners selling their own vehicles may post ads in the Things - For Sale: "Cars/Trucks - By Private Owner" Category.

9. Only those with a Business Listing under the "Motorcycle Dealers," Power Boat Dealers," "Recreational Vehicle Dealers," and "Other Motor Vehicle Dealers," Categories may post in the Things - For Sale - Other Motor Vehicles - By Dealers" category.

10. Only private owners selling their own vehicles may post ads in the Things - For Sale: "Other Motor Vehicles - By Private Owner" Category.
