You understand and agree that any unauthorized use of ValleyLists in any manner is a violation of these Rules and certain federal and state laws, including without limitation the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030 et seq.). If you engage in such activities, you may well be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
